Abstract
The Syrian government has always paid great attention to the primary education stage, by drawing up policies for this stage, which was evident in the adoption of the comprehensive education law, which was not limited to the primary stage only, but included all educational stages in the educational system of the Syrian government, and these policies were characterized by keeping pace with The steady increase in the population, and thus the entry of large numbers of students to schools of that stage, which requires the development of appropriate government plans in the long and short term alike to organize the work of those schools.
