Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the international test standards (TIMSS) and the degree of their inclusion in the science book for the second intermediate grade and the level of those standards in the research sample, as well as the level of their knowledge of the requirements of future foresight, and its relationship between them. The research was conducted on a random sample of (60) male and female students from public middle schools affiliated to the Directorate of Qalaat Sukkar Education Department, one of the departments of the General Directorate of Education of Dhi Qar Governorate. The researcher designed three tools: the content analysis form, the test according to the (TIMSS) framework, and the future forecast requirements scale.
