Abstract
The study focused on health services through a spatial analysis of specialized centers in the city of Samawah, and aims to measure spatial efficiency from the reality of spatial distribution by defining the range of the population served to demonstrate ease of access and fairness of distribution using geographic information systems technology, and to measure the efficiency of functional services provided to the population according to local health standards, to detect The state of deficit and surplus in the centers, and to reach to know the extent of their divergence or agglomeration within the spatial space, and due to their small numbers, this led to the weakness of the services provided to the population and the increase in pressure in the centers.
