Abstract
The period of Imam Ali’s rule(35 - 40hi / 655-660m) is considered one of the important periods in the Islamic history despite its short period of time for its including a lot of achievements in different political, social and administrative aspects of life, that Imam Ali (PBUH) sought to present during the era of the caliphs that processed him, which he applied in his reign showing the great impact on the individual and on the society, and thus the scholar focuses on one of the administrative aspects; the attitude of the countries towards his rulers on those countries and how the caliphate, Imam Ali dealt with such situations with his wisdom to fulfill justice in a society that suffered from a lot of discrimination and families favoritism in the time of the processed caliphs.
