Abstract
The researcher concluded that the most important reasons for the rampant violence in Iraq is the weakness of state institutions in extending their powers, and the lack of support of the Arab countries for the Shiite rule, where the prevention of some actors from participating in the political process is a reason for the explosion of violence, violence in Iraq can be dealt with by activating the role of power And the official control of the state, and it is possible to get rid of the violence associated with political conflicts by applying a unified policy for the country and working on the principle of social justice, in addition to adhering to constitutional rules and applying the law to everyone.
