Abstract
It is possible for there to be multiple litigants in the case, whether on the part of the defendants, or on the part of the defendants, and this happens in indivisible cases, solidarity actions, and cases in which the law requires the litigation of certain, persons inheritance cases and all cases of commonality, and as a result a judicial ruling is issued. So we have adversaries who have been adjudicated and convicted.
