Abstract
The study of personalities is one of the important studies in the human sciences because the personality represents images and attitudes that show the importance of man in the emergence and continuity of civilizations. PBUH and his family), about whom God Almighty said: (Verily, God and His angels send blessings upon the Prophet, O you who believe, may blessings and peace be upon him) (), so the talk will be about some of the stations of the Messenger of God (PBUH and his family). ) in the Holy Quran, in order to learn more about this The great Prophet, because knowledge is a way to follow and imitate him (PBUH and his family) in addition to having in itself a reward from God, for a person whose degree of knowledge is higher, his reward is greater. He visited the Messenger of God (PBUH) and he had a hundred thousand good deeds. The nature of the research necessitated dividing it into an introduction, a preface, and three topics. In the first topic, we dealt with the station of prophecy and the message, where we clarified the linguistic and idiomatic meaning of the word (maqam), then we explained the meaning of prophecy and the message and the difference between them and the importance of this position for the nation and the human community. As for the second topic, it included the position of government and politics, and we talked in it about the events and issues that the Noble Messenger was exposed to, and its ruling was based on his knowledge and wisdom (PBUH and his family) to take care of people’s affairs and take into account their relationship with the state according to a special policy that guarantees justice for all. Whereas, in the third topic, we dealt with the position of the judiciary and the chapter on litigation, since the issue of judiciary and litigation is one of the important issues in the administration of the state, and given the importance of the judiciary, the Prophet (PBUH and his family) practiced this profession himself, so justice and equality were the basis and method for resolving disputes between people, and the judiciary acquired a special importance because The Prophet himself practiced it, and the judge became a special rank and It was characterized by certain characteristics. As for the conclusion, it included the most important results that we reached in this research.
