أبو الكلام آزاد ودوره السياسي في الهند (1905-1922)
Abstract
Abu Al-Kalam Azad was considered one of the prominent political figures in India. He began his political activity after the partition of Bengal in 1905 AD, organizing secret Hindu organizations against British colonialism. However, his political philosophy changed after he traveled to the Arab and Muslim countries in 1908 AD, and informed him about their revolutionary ideas, so he took the path of the press. He established the two magazines (Al-Hilal and Al-Balagh) in the Urdu language, which had a prominent role in mobilizing the Indians (Hindu and Muslims) together against Britain, which disturbed the latter, and they had to arrest him in Ranchi in 1916, as he played an important role in the Khilafah movement (1919-1924 AD), and the Non-Cooperation Movement (1920-1922 AD).
