تحليل جغرافي لجرائم القتل في محافظة القادسية للفترة من 2016-2021
Abstract
This study dealt with the murders in Al-Qadisiyah governorate for the period from (2016-2021) AD, as Al-Qadisiyah governorate is one of the governorates of Iraq that suffers from an increase in the rates of homicides in recent years, as the causes of these crimes, cases and places of occurrence in the districts of the governorate and its sub-districts, were many. The population increase, the state of poverty and housing experienced by the residents of the governorate, the enormous pressures of daily life, the deterioration of the economic situation, the living, unemployment and the growth of drug abuse among the youth, which is the most prominent reason for the growth of this phenomenon, As well as the development of technology and social media, which leads to the outbreak of disputes between families and the widening of cracks within the family and value system in the governorate, as well as family disintegration and the family’s inability to play its emotional and educational role in a required manner, all of which are clear and direct reasons for the spread of these crimes, especially after the Corona pandemic, and the factors The natural environment also, including the different climatic conditions and conflicts over water resources between farmers, The educational level is one of the reasons that led to the increase in murders in the governorate, and the study reached a number of results about the exacerbation of this phenomenon, including the weakness of law enforcement mechanisms and corruption, and the mixing of the criminal and his Response and interaction with the bad companions, especially the companions of the residential area and school companions from delinquents and villains, and companionship The bad influence of deviant groups on the people or young people who contact or accompany them, especially if these individuals have a psychological readiness to contribute to deviant behavior, and the role of poverty and unemployment in the growing occurrence of this phenomenon.
