Abstract

The Inclusion Law achieved balance and harmony in terms of achieving justice in the privileges granted to the administrative authority towards the employee by imposing the inclusion decision, and the employee has the right to complain about such a decision, and to submit legal appeals before the Administrative Court in case the administrative authority abused using this right, and based on the above legally, we divide our research into two topics, each topic includes two demands
