Abstract
Knowing the legal ruling on the wife of the lost person from the perspective of Islamic Sharia which is a jurisprudential study by shedding light on the issue of the lost person as a person who does not have the right to dispose of what he has due to being cut off from him, and what applied to his fortune applied to his wife. She wants within the limits of what is legislated for her, and perhaps one of the peoples suffering the most from this phenomenon is the phenomenon of loss in our Iraqi society because of the wars and displacement that it has undergone. And what is related to it, so the research was organized into four demands: The first requirement: includes the concept of the rule of the lost wife. The second requirement: to include the resources of the ruling in proving the death of the lost person.
