Abstract

Our study deals with the activity of woman's movement and these who were engaged with social reforms in the United States during the years 1865 – 1869, debated on that important events after Civil War, that led to librating the slaves, where period to spread the civilian political rights which suited the new situation, so, the research focused on the appeals of women's movement activists who have struggled to get women a place in the new democratic situation by making constitutional rights more comprehensive to include women, the accompanying policies and differences of approaches, interests and political visions, to graduate Then women from this stage are emptyhanded, which reveals to us how intransigent the American Legislator is to accept women and penetrate of masculine in America political culture
