Abstract
The overlapping, intertwining and expansion of international relations led to the development and progress of international law greatly, and this law became dealing with some of the issues that fall within the framework of domestic law. And if international law basically regulates legal relations between states in order to preserve their existence and continuity in achieving their interests and the interests of their individuals, and achieving security and stability at the international level. On the other hand, domestic law organizes the internal relations between the state and its citizens in a way that should take into account the interests of everyone. Hence, internal law differs completely from international law, both in terms of the persons to whom it is addressed, in terms of content, in terms of origin or sources, and so on. But this discrepancy between international law and domestic law does not mean that there is no connection between them. This is difficult to imagine in light of the great development that has affected international law in particular. Hence, this law has dealt with some issues that were in fact the core of the internal law jurisdiction, especially issues related to human rights and the implementation of judicial rulings, for example, and other issues. As we notice through the development of international relations at the present time the existence of a type of great contact and interference between the two laws necessitated by the various international and internal necessities
