Abstract
Civilizational communication is an important element of the Civilized cultural development because it contributes to establishing and supporting the approach of different civilizations through a strategic vision that believes in the dialogue and communication of civilizations as a strategic factor that leads humanity to balance and stability, Promoting respect for creative cultural diversity and strengthening harmony and knowledge communication between different peoples, and This is where the need for a serious dialogue between cultures and civilizations is evident to establish the foundations of understanding between them, and Libraries are one of the means of that communication, as they are one of the most important features that indicate the civilizational and cultural progress of the peoples of the world, and one of the most important criteria indicative for its advancement is that they play a major role in spreading culture among humanity societies.
