Abstract
Iraq is going through many problems after the invasion of Iraq in 2003, as the occupation forces destroyed the infrastructure of many institutions and preserved the section that benefits from it and has an impact on the international level, such as the Iraqi Oil Ministry and all its associated institutions, and it was one of the most important institutions that destroyed the security institution with all its devices and its joints, and this led to the complete collapse of the state, and it became unable to perform all functions, and because the Iraqi people its a living people, they entered into fierce Resistance with the occupation forces, and this resistance, which took two forms of resistance, a political and armed resistance, resulted in great pressures on the forces In 2008, this pressure resulted in the organization of an agreement between the occupation forces and the Iraqi government that was formed under the occupation. This agreement was called the “Strategic Framework Agreement” and it entered into force in the same year. - With the American occupation forces, and this agreement is supposed to contribute to increasing political, economic and security support for Iraq, not interfering in its internal affairs and contributing to building the democratic system in Iraq, and among uh The agreement stipulates the withdrawal of the US occupation forces from Iraq, especially since Iraq no longer needs the help of the occupation forces in maintaining security, political stability and democratic transition represented by the peaceful transfer of power.
