Abstract
the responsibility of education that has an impact on the lives of nations and the peoples have not been educated throughout its long history to highlight its social function and its role in bringing about comprehensive changes as happens in this century, so education has become a means to change the individual style through the development of thinking and skills and mental abilities on how to acquire continuously evolving information, It is the process of changing the behavior of the individual and developing his character and directing the right direction towards the service of society and development and then moving to the future to meet the requirements rather than back to the past and maintain it only and that sound education must be carried out by all institutions of society and focus on continuing education rather than education based on the old style, even if not related to the circumstances of the individual and his present and future life. This calls for the importance of mental activities not only in the development of the educational system, but also in the development of all aspects of the educational process. Educational goals desired. The current research aims to identify the impact of social factors and education in the reduction of crime in Muthanna province. The researcher used two approaches in his study: the comparative approach and the social survey method. They are considered an important method of scientific research, as they provide the researcher with original information that is not with. On this basis, the scientific secretariat benefited from what the researcher Saadoun NouriAbdalla said in his thesis in the research community in the Directorate Anbar police in its research procedures.
