التوازن بين سلطة رئيس مجلس الوزراء ومسؤوليته في دستور جمهورية العراق 2005
Abstract
The competencies granted to the Prime Minister in his capacity or in his capacity as the Prime Minister give him the ability to exercise his authority in drawing up the general policy of the state and his other tasks, as the presence of the Prime Minister’s authority necessitates an appropriate and proportionate responsibility to the authority and without responsibility, it will primarily result in a lack of commitment or a lack of accountability for his actions and actions he performs, and the accountability of the Prime Minister must be placed in a manner that ensures that it is not used for illegal political purposes, or to delay the performance of his duties or to use them for purposes intended to obtain personal benefits, and they must be subject to the oversight of the judicial authorities in accordance with the provisions governing them.
