Abstract

The administrative judiciary plays a prominent role in maintaining the principle of legality through monitoring the work of the administration and preserving the rights of individuals. Or compensation for the damages incurred by him due to the work of the administration, but the obstacle that the individual (the plaintiff) sometimes faces when he goes to the competent court is his inability to register the administrative lawsuit with it because of his inability to pay the legally required fees for the purpose of including the petition submitted by him among the cases that The court will consider it later within predetermined dates, which leads many of the plaintiffs to dispense with the idea of ​​resorting to the administrative judiciary to claim their rights. By exempting them from the administrative lawsuit registration fees according to certain conditions that can be met and stipulated by the legislator in the State Council Law or related administrative laws A link to move away from the generalities and conditions mentioned in the special laws, and to benefit from the comparative administrative laws and what I have reached in this regard, and to form other administrative courts in some provinces so that the does not bear the burden of traveling to distant provinces and thus burdening him with other unnecessary expenses.
