Abstract
Islamic culture is the only one capable of transforming the neighboring countries into a strategic depth for the Arab world and a support for its causes, and to restore identity and the scientific and evolutionary movement to the Islamic world, and keep it away from internal crises and from relapse into trifles and trivialities after setting before it the true ideal and the great human goals. Unless Islamic culture, in its broad sense, regains its presence on the scene, the human being in the Islamic world will remain lost searching for his identity, and this research may be accompanied by a kind of randomness, excessiveness, and negligence if it is not within a well-thought-out, rational, comprehensive, authentic, and contemporary plan. Due to the influence of the enemies of this culture, things get worse, and backwardness is perpetuated, and thus the fabricated reform attempts deepen the tragedy.
