Abstract
Deals with the topic “Levels of justice and its dimensions in Islamic political thought” Studying the aspect of the relationship between the establishment of levels of justice in Islamic thought and its reflection on Islamic political thought through seeking its dimensions represented in the differential aspects in choosing the Islamic ruler as much as the connection with the data of justice in all its forms in formative justice, legislative justice, and procedural justice in order to reveal the elements of rooting in Islamic governance and the criteria of legitimacy according to levels Certified Justice.
