Abstract
The great technological progress is the merit to allow all segments of society to use the Internet in its various tools to express their opinions and follow their beliefs, and hence, criticism of its opponents. This was reflected in the diplomatic work greatly, which generated a new branch called digital diplomacy, which prompted Israel to exploit it to influence Arab public opinion Through the ease of access to the Arab community without going through the traditional diplomatic paths through the establishment of a special section for this matter affiliated with its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, by relying on social media platforms that bear names in Arabic at times and the names of Israeli political and military figures at other times, which provided a great opportunity to strengthening and establishing relations with Arab countries that represented by signing Abraham's agreements with the United Arab Emirates and the Kingdom of Bahrain, and creating social cohesion with most societies of other Arab countries.
