Abstract
The importance of the study stems from the importance of the housing sector, as housing is one of the priorities and basics of human life after clothing. Al-Muthanna governorate represents the poorest governorate in Iraq, and this was reflected in the housing sector, as its growth rates declined compared to the population growth rates, which widened the housing gap.
