Abstract
There is a clear impact of the political transformations that affected the Iraqi state after 2003 on its political entity and its various structures, as the building of the state collapsed and internal and external influences ravaged it that undermined its political stability, which negatively affected the state’s effectiveness and performance towards its citizens, its development plans and its foreign policy. Political fragmentation and the spread of financial and administrative corruption in Iraq, in addition to the escalation of terrorist operations supported from abroad and the accompanying forced displacement, killings and kidnappings, with the aim of regressing the foundations of peaceful coexistence in the state and making it an arena for endless conflicts, since the stability of the state ends the justifications for the presence of the American presence in it, and even prepares the ground The occasion for Iraq to take its role at the regional and international levels. Therefore, this research came as an attempt to reveal those determinants and know their successful roles in the exacerbation of this phenomenon in Iraq and the possibility of reaching solutions to reduce it.
