Abstract
Constantine is considered the most important large city in eastern Algeria, which has benefited over the last decade from major urban projects within the framework of the State's directions towards the modernization of the city and its sustainable development, the most important of which are: the Giant Bridge, the Great Hall of Spectacles, the international hotel chain, the tramway... and others, which have directly contributed to the efficiency of urban functions and to ensuring a balanced urban development of the city of Constantine; Where different actors interact.
