Abstract
The presence of the gold industry in the old city (1731-1746) AD by gilding the dome and the two lighthouses of the shrine of Imam Ali bin Abi Talib (peace be upon him). The research is the spatial distribution of the gold jewelry industry workshops in the ancient city of Najaf for 44 industrial workshops and reasons for their concentration. It also indicated the amount of production for industrial workshops for the year 2022 and the reasons for its decline.
