Abstract

Sheikh Fakhr al-Muhaqqiqin is considered one of the prominent figures of the eighth century AH and one of the best commentators who were able to simplify the texts and reveal the ambiguities in them. And others, when he begins to explain a text that mentions his father’s opinion first and then begins to explain that opinion based on the Noble Qur’an, the honorable Sunnah of the Prophet, the language of speech, and the narration; To explain that saying and his statement to the recipient.
