Abstract
The Political, Military and Security relations between the United States of America and Kuwait in the period 1971-1974 constituted a prominent event in the field of international relations. As it was not limited to the nature of cooperation between the two sides only, but it affected and was affected by important international and regional events, especially in matters related to oil production and prices, and the exciting developments in the Arab Gulf region following the British withdrawal at the end of 1971, as well as the events of the Middle East as a result of the war that erupted between the Arabs and Israel in October 1973, and the Arab countries embargoing oil on the United States and the Western countries supporting Israel.
