Abstract
The study aimed to identify job bullying and sarcasm among educational counselors and the relationship between them, as well as to identify the differences between educational counselors according to the gender variable (males - females). It was prepared by (Al-Ziyadi 2020), and (The Scale of Sarcasm), which was prepared by (Al-Ghurairi 2014), and the results of the study resulted in, The educational counselors are characterized by occupational bullying, and There are differences in occupational bullying according to the gender variable, and the differences were in favor of males, The educational counselors are cynical, There are differences in sarcasm according to the gender variable, and the differences were in favor of (males), and there is a statistically significant relationship between job bullying and sarcasm, and according to the results of the study, the researcher recommended some recommendations and suggestions.
