امتثال الدول للمعاهدات الدولية في غياب الإكراه
Abstract
Treaties are the basic and most important source of international law, as they have obtained the formal consent of states and their rating to abide by the rules contained in them, and this is supposed to entail obedience to those rules and the implementation of their obligations, but the international reality reveals that the mereities related to the expression of the state’s consent to the treaty and its rating are Weak guarantees of compliance with treaties and adherence to their rules in state practice.
