Abstract
In the night the Americans' occupied Iraq on the night of April 9, 2003, and the accompanying demolition of the statue of the tyrant Saddam Hussein in Al-Firdaws Square in central Baghdad, the collapse of state institutions and the absence of the rule of law, which called national leaders, especially Shiites, to seek to establish the supplication of the new Iraqi state, and this case It needs a clear political vision on which the state will be based. Sistani's office in Najaf issued a statement on April 15, 2003 about the situation in Iraq, urging believers who are able to take the initiative to protect people's lives and property.
