Abstract
The research discusses the opinions and ideas that took place between Britain and the Iraqi personalities about who would ascend the throne of Iraq, whether he was from Iraq or from outside, and those discussions that ranged between support and lack thereof were suitable for presenting free ideas smoothly, and they undoubtedly represented the views and opinions of those people, where Their political perceptions aimed at building the political future of Iraq, and the nature of intellectual consciousness in Iraq at the time.
