Abstract
The Russian Federation has recognized the importance of the Chechen Republic in supporting its hegemony and security and maintaining its international and regional status, so any imbalance in this region will have a bearing on Russian interests. From this point of view, the geographical area of the Chechen Republic has gained and continues to have its distinct geographical and geobolic position, as well as the historical point of view of most empires that have had a share in global control. Therefore, the geopolitical importance of Chechnya lies in the fact that it falls within the scope of the cursh impact zone, as Speckman called it, a region that will witness the struggle for control of its resources, power pipelines and its distinctive strategic position as a bridge between the Caspian Sea and its resources and between the Black Sea and its ports, and since Russia is the rear back of the impact zone, it will seek with all its strength to control this region.
