Abstract
The study aimed to make a comprehensive suevey of service rural development projects, and to identify the service rural drvelopment markets in singa locality.The study followed the historical and descriptive analytical approach. The study relied on primary sources that included observation, interviews, and questionnaire as well, secondary sources, and the date was analyzed by using statistical methods. The results of the study showed that the locality of singa has many service development projects, but there are many bstacles that it faces, most notably the fact that 55% of the study sample reported the presence of electicity at specific times for the day, 99% of the study sample believed that the drinking water distribution network is weak due to the lack of continuous current and that one of the biggest obstacles facing educational services is teachers, that the most obstacles facing health is the lack of general doctors and specialists, that One of the most important obstacles that led to the deterioration of roads in the locality is the poor planning of roads, a study recommended paying attention to service rural development projects in the locality. Awarenees of citizens about the importance of social services and their role in development. Providing nutritionan services to the populations adequacy, including health, education, water electricity, roads and places of entertainment in the study area.
