Abstract
The contemporary history of Iraq is full of political conflicts and change movements, and there is no doubt that one of those movements is the popular uprising in 1991, which was not an emergency event as a result of accidental circumstances emerging from a moment in Iraq. Iraq in 1968, and the uprising came to enhance the value and status of the dispossessed Iraqi person who turned into a commodity in the hands of the henchmen of the Baathist regime, and his ideas were filled with hatred, resentment and hostility to every national voice and conscience who believed in the values of freedom, justice, equality and dignity as a way to live and live.
