Abstract
“Musarat* saling” is among the urgent issues that should be identified in the “Fiqh judgement” and Hdith. It is tackled several times in the Prophet Mohamad’s Hadith. The research highlights the “Hadith” lexicon, which is linked to it. It also sheds light on the religious scholar’s different understandings of the told versions. The study aims to define “Tasriah” and to identify the lexicon related to it in “Hadiths” in order to conclude the religious scholars’ opinions and to show the benefits that they have developed from “Hadith”. The research is based on a deductive/inductive approach.
