Abstract
There is long talk in speech (The dead is tormented by the crying of his family over him) However, it requires tracking and collecting methods and expressions, which makes its results inaccurate, so the researcher carefully traced the wording and looked at its various methods and concluded that some of the words have weak evidence and that the other words do not represent, as we have achieved, only one speech It came from the Prophet (peace of him) The narrators were greatly disturbed by its transmission, and there were not many speeches issued by the Prophet that could be combined and reconciled, and that the apparent meaning of all the words is contrary to the Qur’an, the Sunnah and the mind. It was rejected by a number of companions, such as Aisha and Ibn Abbas, And many scholars have interpreted it with various interpretations, The researcher discussed all of them, and concluded that the hadith, assuming that it was published, was not transmitted with great care and accuracy, and that the most correct view is Al Sayeda_Aesha from the mistake of the Companion to crying, and he is to be tormented, and other words, And that the speech was not transmitted through the Ahl al-Bayt except in an unaccredited secondary book.
