Abstract
In the study of previous administrative censorship on the media, we deal with the legal texts and procedures laid down by the states in their legislation that will monitor the media activity before printing, broadcasting, sending, or publishing, and the difference between these instructions or the procedures prescribed by law on traditional media, whether readable, audible, or Visible.
