Abstract

The aim of the research was to build a guidance program to reduce exam anxiety using the deep breathing method. The experimental method was used for its suitability and the nature of the research. The research community included fourth-grade middle school students in the Al-Qadisiyah Central Preparatory Education Directorate for the academic year (2018-2019), numbering (8605). The research sample was the same as the research community after excluding the fifth and sixth preparatory stages and the exploratory experiment sample.
