Abstract
The right to appeal the judicial rulings is guaranteed by the law for everyone who loses the case in whole or in part, and does not benefit from the appeal except for the one who filed it, and he is not affected by the appeal except for those who appeal against it. Other than the rest, on one of the convicts and not others, so does the amendment or apply cancellation to all the litigants who are appealed against, or is it limited to those who are challenged and contested against him? The law stipulated them, including indivisible lawsuits, solidarity commitment claims, and some cases in which the law requires certain persons to compete, such as pre-emption and the elimination of communion.
