Abstract
The study aims to identify the spatial analysis of private primary schools in the city of Samawah and determine their educational efficiency. The study concluded that the variation in the spatial distribution of private primary schools at the level of residential neighborhoods is clearly due to economic and locational factors, in addition to the low level of government education in many neighborhoods. Their presence was limited to (12) residential neighborhoods out of (36) residential neighborhoods in the city of Samawah, such that (4) residential neighborhoods had (2-3) private primary schools for each neighborhood, while the rest of the neighborhoods were less than that. As for the functional efficiency of private primary schools in the city of Samawah, they showed good efficiency, as the average for the teacher, the class, and the school is less than the specified local standard. As for the problems they suffer from, the most prominent of which is the high tuition fees first, and then the unsuitability of the design of school buildings, as these buildings were not originally designed to be school buildings, as the floors and buildings were exploited for this purpose, and thus this was reflected in Its specifications are poor, in addition to the smallness of its classrooms.
