Abstract
For a long period of time, Iraqi universities have paid great attention to studying the biographies of academic figures, because of their great impact on revealing the secrets and facts of those characters, with the aim of studying in depth their scientific and intellectual results, and this study is a continuation of what researchers have done in uncovering the working academic figures in the academic milieu, and studying their biographies and their impact in the scientific and practical field and recognizing their thanks to generations of academics, and the professor Dakhil Hassan Jario was One of those who gave a lot to higher education in Iraq and abroad with his scientific specialization through his long career which was rich in scientific production and successful administrative work at Basra University and the Technological University, Technical Education Authority, and the Iraqi Scientific Complex.
