Abstract
The Office of the Ombudsman is one of the informal means in settling disputes that occur at the workplace of the international organization, through negotiation as an alternative procedure to litigation procedures before administrative courts, and then referring the dispute to the official means of assessing the administration, the United Nations Dispute Tribunal, the Court of Appeal and presenting Legal aid for employees is only provided if informal means, including the office of the ombudsman, prove ineffective in resolving the dispute.
