Abstract
The House of Representatives has a significant role in the desired reform, whether at the constitutional or legal level, because it has an effect when it performs the constitutional competence granted to it in proposing to amend the constitution to reform the executive body and activate oversight over it, or this effect may appear when enacting laws and not neglecting or refraining from legislating them. It is not obvious what the oversight of the executive authority plays when asking questions and interrogations and withdrawing confidence from the government an important role in evaluating the performance of the enforcement authority, whether the interrogation is directed to the Council of Ministers or its President or directed to the President of the Republic.
