Abstract
The aim of this research to focuse on go graphical area on the population characteristics for the disabled segment became they are represented a minority in the society and the marginalized as it faces persons from the disabled uniquely challenges. some persons are not available the chance to go to school and in order to get the education for enough time also they do not get for suitable work chance that makes them within the vulnerable groups of society and highly vulnerable to poorness, the research is based on the decorative approach and analytical and most using the analytical methods in order to appear the spatial contrast images by the environment and administrative units of the province, the results that getting to high percentage of disability from the youth in general in the rate of 74.2% and males in particular in the rate of 74.8%, also the results appear that high disability rate for external reasons clearly as reached 69.8%, also the results showing that movement disability is the most common.Such that the rate of 51.2% in the other side the disability decreased as a result of the having down syndrome. To 2.5% for the whole of the province.
