Abstract
Primary education is one of the most important stages of educational, as it is the true intellectual development of the student at this age, and it is the basis for the subsequent educational stages. Primary education has been in Iraq has proposals a since the last decade of the last century until now due to the circumstances that the country went through in terms of economic blockade, occupation and terrorism and the resulting deterioration in the standard of living for the population and the decline in financial specialization for this sector. School buildings, the number of academic divisions, and the number of students in one division, with spatial differences of these staudarls between the governorates of Iraq The number of students in the same division increased, and a large deficit appeared in the school buildings, which negatively affected the level of education, and the number of dropouts increased, as their number in the academic year (2012-2013) reached (99205) pupils, and it increased to become (126623) students in the school year (2018) -2019) with a change of (27.6%) between the two academic years, and the decrease in enrollment ratios, as the net enrollment rate in primary schools for the academic year (2016-2017) reached (92.9%) and this percentage was higher for males than for females. It reached for males (95%) and for females (90%), which threatens a great deal of danger in this sector.
