Abstract
This research included the most important grammatical and controversial opinions of some commentators and grammarians in their interpretation of the verses of rulings and studying the extent of the influence of the multiplicity of grammatical opinions on the meaning and thus on the jurisprudential judgment, since the difference in the grammatical judgment changes the meaning, and this research has been concerned with explaining the position of Ardebili (d.993) regarding those opinions between the response to some and the failure to direct them grammatical The preferring of the opinion of the other and the introduction of its interpretations, in addition to weakening some opinions.
