Abstract
The Iraqi tribes had a great influence on the political events of Iraq during the Ottoman, British and royal eras, to the extent that they greatly outperformed civil society, as the largest part of the social structure of Iraq. Factors of strength, for the emergence of certain individuals and their status within the political elite, to rise in political action, and to become influential in society.
