Abstract
The armament process has great for decision-makers in all countries of the world, whether these countries are developed or developing, because they possess geopolitical dimensions that affect the state’s power and its regional position, and because the phenomenon of armaments is one of the most dangerous phenomena in the world and because the countries of the Middle East are at the forefront of countries in the field of the arms race Therefore, the study aims to identify the nature of armaments in the Middle East region, its patterns and the geopolitical dimensions resulting from it, and the effect of the armament process on the security and stability of the countries of the region. It is great for the countries of the region that suffer from the low standard of living for their people. The research concluded that the Middle East is the most armed region in the world, as this region witnessed the largest international arms races
