تحليل كفاءة الخدمات التعليمية في مدينة الخضر
Abstract
In the present study, the efficiency of educational services in the Khuder City and its conformity with the Iraqi's standards in terms of the capacity of one school and the number of classes has been conducted. Moreover, the availability of appropriate educational staff for the academic year 2018-2019, as the study of each grade alone has been. the number of educational institutions in the study area reached (43) institutions, with the population of (16184) pupils, while the number of educational crew exceeded (628) teachers with a number of classes reached (431), and the most important results of the study, is that the efficiency of all grades is high in terms of the number of pupils per school except kindergarten where the efficiency goes down compared to the local standard, and in terms of standard (pupil / teacher) (the pubil / class) The grades recorded all in the Khuder City are higher than the local standard rate except professional stages which recorded a low average that varies between one neighborhood and another, where it is observed the average rises in some and decreases in the others. On the other hand, the main proposals are to build kindergartens in the study area, and to increase educational and teaching staff for kindergartens and primary and secondary, as well as, increasing the number of classes for all of them.
