Abstract
Water is the basis of life and the secret of its indispensable permanence. It is the basic factor for the rise, growth and transcendence of civilizations. Water represents the precious thing that God granted to man to perpetuate his life and survival in this life. Despite the fact that man has reached the highest levels of science and progress in the manufacture and installation of many inventions at all levels, he has not been able to install and manufacture water as it is now in the nature with which God created him. With the progress of man and the complexity of his civilization, his requirements of water increased, and this is what made him drain huge quantities of it. This is what led to the apparent inability to provide this requirement, which made many joules, especially the Arab ones, suffer from a shortage or scarcity, especially since most of the sources of Arab rivers are located outside the borders of these countries. Which is characterized by low rainfall and low rain efficiency.
